Wire Phosphating

The phosphate coating of steel wire is verℱy important for the drawing process and the further proce-

ssing of the wire. We supply single and multi-wire plants based on an in⛎novative phosphating proce-

dure.

In this innovative process of phosphating the wire is pl🅰ated ele🐷ctrolytically with Calcium-Phosphate.

It saves energy and operating costs, provides an easy handling and has many advantages co💝mpared

to the previous, cla🐲ssic method of zinc phosphating in🍎 immersions.
